Overall I bought these as every time I travel my ankles swell and my legs ache. I used them for the first time on a 10 hour flight.
They are small and easy to transport and very easy to use. I kept them on for the whole flight and I found them brilliant. My legs felt better and my ankles did not swell as much and went back to normal very quickly after the flight.
I would suggest that you exfoliate feet and moisturise well a few days before you go and then take some moisturiser on the flight this makes them work much better.
I am very happy with this product my only comment would be buy bigger than you think you might need as the socks are not very big.

Overall I have MS and my ankles swell in hot weather. I use the mobile version twice a day for 30 minutes each time. Johnsons Body Lotion seems to make the best, least expensive connection, really gets my muscles pumping, and I now use rechargeable batteries. Normal batteries were lasting just over a week with twice daily use.

Overall The best Christmas present I have ever got. I got the mobile version which I use for 30 minutes every day whilst watching TV in the evening. Nothing could be simpler and the results are amazing! I have Type 2 diabetes. The numbness/tingling/burning and over sensitivity have almost gone. My feet feel almost normal again. Wish I had invested in one ages ago. Thank you Cosy Feet.
