Cosyfeet staff ‘make a difference’

This October, the CSV are encouraging people to ‘make a difference’ by taking part in voluntary work. We've been finding how our staff are helping out in the local community.

Rewarding work at an animal care centre

This October, the Community Service Volunteers (CSV) are encouraging people to make a difference by taking part in voluntary work. We thought it would be interesting to find out if any of our staff are involved in voluntary work within the local community.

We caught up Janine Fox, our Stock Control Administrator, and this is what she had to say about her voluntary work at a local animal centre:

“I volunteer at Secret World Animal Centre half a day each week. Secret World is a charity that specialises in the rescue, rehabilitation and release of Britain’s orphaned, injured and sick wildlife.

I love my visits to secret world each week. Hedgehogs are my favourite animals that come to the rescue centre and the baby ones are lovely. I find it really rewarding to help look after the wildlife within my local community.”
