Open wounds on the back of the heel although the product maybe useful for heel ulcer sites on the back of the heel that have closed and left fibrous tissue and need protecting but are no longer open lesions.
Could be a problem for feet that have lymphoedema or heavy swelling due to the holding strap might be too tight.
