Overall

I own the Cosyfeet business so you may think that this is a biased review ! However trust me - this is quite genuine. If I go anywhere hot on business or holiday my toes swell and tend to cross over each other and for years I was plagued with small blisters which was very uncomfortable. Being a typical male I was reluctant to fuss and then Eleanor - who manages this range - suggested that I try these toe pads. They have been - if not a life saver - certainly a holiday saver. I never thought I would write " I never leave home without them " it sounds rather sad - but its perfectly true.

Helpful for...

Useful for individual corns or callous on toe joints or the toe in general.

Could be helpful for protecting individual joints that have been affected by arthritis and become exposed by joint deformation.

Unhelpful for...

Corns or callous on the ends of the toes.

Toes that have open wounds.

Caution needed if the patient has a history of Ischamia, Reynaud’s phenomena or chilling (poor arterial circulation in the digits.) as the tube might further restrict the circulation in the toe.

General Advice...

Keep the devise clean and wash it regularly to prevent increased chances of athlete’s foot.
