Helpful for...
Good for interdigital corns and callous.
Useful where a joint deformed by arthritis is putting pressure and impinging on a neighbouring toe.
May be helpful for some cases of hallux valgus (this is where the big toe deviates over to the second toe) to help reduce the friction between the first and second toes.
Unhelpful for...
Open wounds between the toes as device not sterile and a dressing is needed.
General advice...
The device should be able to be inserted between the toes without force. If the interdigital space is too small consult a podiatrist. Ensure not to insert too many intergital devices on one foot as this can bulk out the toe box area of the shoe and create problems on other toes.
