These are the best insoles I've ever bought. They are perfect in both walking boots and everyday comfortable flat shoes such as those made by Cosyfeet, Hotter, Ecco and Padders. They provide sufficient cushioning for my toes that they never get sore even on long walks. And the heel cushioning provides an extra spring to my step. Well worth the cost. I recommend them to all my friends.

Hi, i'm Bernard, after being in pain in work boots for the last twenty years, my feet are totally pain free after wearing these insoles. They easily worth twice the price.

    Overall

I just wanted to say how great I personally think these insoles are. I have been wearing them for several years. My feet are not happy without some cushioning in my shoes. I find these invaluable and have them in my trainers (which I am wearing now) and my walking boots, now I can trek the footpaths without pain!

Helpful for...

Feet affected by osteo arthritis that would benefit from shock absorption.

The foot with Rheumatoid arthritis. (consult podiatrist)

Feet that have lost fibro fatty padding on heels or the metatarsal areas. (This loss is normally age related)

Feet that have painful corns or callous related to pressure areas. (These lesions would also need to be treated by a podiatrist.)

The elderly foot that is less mobile due to the aging process.

People who are on their feet all day and get tired and aching feet due to lack of cushioning.

Unhelpful for... A foot that needs more ridged control or stabilizing. (See podiatrist for orthotics)

General Advice...

While these insoles would be good for a diabetic patient’s feet the front slip implies that they help with sensitive feet. In diabetes this is not accurate because often the feet become hypersensitive or numb due to diabetic neuropathy, these insoles while they are good for the foot generally would not affect these neuropathic symptoms. Ensure that shoe is deep enough to take the extra bulk of the insole, otherwise it could lead to pressure on the tops of the toes.
