These light support stockings are great if you suffer from tired or aching legs as they are designed to improve circulation. Some of my customers have compression hosiery from their doctor but find it very difficult to put on and do wear these as an alternative. Although they do not do the same job as the prescribed ones, they do offer some support so are much better than wearing nothing at all.
