I have had painful feet for some time and found difficulty in walking any distance. I saw a medical programme on TV about fallen arches which recommended arch supports. I realised that my feet were very similar to those pictured in the programme so decided to try the CosyFeet Arch Supports. I cannot believe the difference they have made, my feet are much less painful and I can walk much further now. I would recommend these to anybody who has this problem.

Maybe helpful for pes planus a congenital flattened arch.
May be helpful where pronation is linked to tired feet, possibly more support needed with anti pronatory insoles consult podiatrist.
