Using the Hosiery Filter/Search Options

Once you are in the Hosiery area of the site you then have the opportunity to refine your search by one or more of the following options;

Simply click on the image for the category you want on the hosiery home page or refine your search by using the navigation panel on the left hand side of the screen.

Here you can select type of hosiery, for example Tights or Knee Highs or Hold-ups/Stockings.

Colour – If you only wear hosiery in a particular colour, you can refine your search by colour, just click on Colour and then place a tick in the box of the colour you are looking for.

Denier – If you are looking for a particular weight/thickness of hosiery then you can refine your search by denier.

Fitting – Select from Standard Fitting (this is equivalent to the size you would find in most high street stores) or our exclusive Extra Roomy Fitting which is specially designed with more material in the foot and leg parts giving a much more generous fit for swollen or larger feet, ankles and legs.

Price – If price is a factor you can refine your search by price but please remember that prices are based on pack size and not per pair.

Hosiery FAQ's

What are extra roomy socks and hosiery?

Our exclusive extra roomy fitting socks and hosiery are designed with more material in the foot and leg parts to provide a more generous fit for people with wider or swollen feet and legs.

Can I order one pair of socks or hosiery or buy mixed colour packs?

No, we are no different from other retailers and are only able to offer the selections and pack sizes listed.

Does your hosiery contain any latex?

No, none of the products contained within the hosiery section of the website contain latex.

I'm a diabetic, do you sell any seam-free hosiery?

We do sell seam-free foot socks but due to manufacturing constraints it is not possible to produce seam-free tights, stockings or knee-highs. Our hosiery does however only have minimal seams. If you are a diabetic or have sensitive feet we recommend that you make your own judgement about suitability.

I currently wear compression hosiery given to me by my Doctor, can I wear your Light Support hosiery instead?

Medical compression hosiery offers a much greater level of compression/support than our Light Support hosiery and should not be worn as an alternative. If however you are not able to wear your prescribed hosiery, wearing Light Support hosiery would be better than wearing nothing at all.
