I couldn´t walk for 7 months because of the pain. The doctors gave me medicines, injections, nothing worked longer than a week.. I bought several insoles. The heal seats were in the beginning painful. After having worn the other insoles for a month, I tried the heal seats again. First a few hours. after a week the whole day. The pain is gone. I made cotton socks around them. It works perfect!!

"I purchaced 2 pairs of these 'Heal Seats' a-while-ago. When I found them I was not sure if they would help me or not?. However I had reached a point in my pain bearings that I really needed to get some 'EXTRA' help with. My Heel pains were increasing, so too were my violent rigid crampings, in my feet and legs!. Doctors have told me over the many years, that my crampings were due-to medications I take, so I 'ENDURED!'. The Crampings got worse over time, so too my heel pains! (despite heavy duty pain-killers). I read the info., about this product, and studied the Pictures (the ones that compare the Foot 'before' and 'after' wearing this product. They are in the catalogue on Page No:117). The Pictures made sense as to what was going wrong, and also why 'FLAT FOOT-WEAR', like 'Plimsoles' and 'Wellingtons', some 'Slippers' etc., were making things worse!.
I bought 2x Pairs of these 'Heal Seats', in the hope they would help my very painfull heels (I had 'NO' expectations that they would help with the 'Violent Rigid Crampings, in My Feet and Legs', as so many Doctors were, and had, blamed ,my medications for those cramps,and over so many Years, despite medication changes!). A few days after 1st wearing this product in everything I wore, I was 'VERY' shocked by the results!. Firstly, they were actually helping with the very bad painfull Heels, so much so that I noticed clearly if I wore anything that did not have them in, my heels would 'punish me' !. Secondly ,what I had 'not expected (but was pleased about) was how they acted on my cramps (as above). I had, at first not noticed the diffrence in the cramps, until one day I realised I had no cramps since the time I had started wearing these in all my footwear. Then I lapsed, with a pair of Slippers (I had forgotten to transfer the 'Heal Seats' from my shoes, into my slippers, that day). O' how I found-out!, with some Very violent rigid cramps, in my feet!. As you can imagine, I am now 'VERY' carefull to remember to place a pair of these Heal Seats into 'ALL' foot-wear, before My Feet!!!!.
I find this Product is very easy to wash, with just Soap and Water, hand washed. I have also found they work very well 'UNDER' flexible inner-soles!!!!, they help to keep them in place, as the rubber type under-side of inner-soles mold-to, and clings-to, the 'Heal Seats' very well. Therefore, helping to keep feet 'FRESHER', and helping to prevent slipping. As you can imagine, I will soon be buying some more of these 'Heal Seats'.
IF YOU WEAR FLAT FOOT-WEAR, PLIMSOLES, WELLINGTONS ETC., THESE ARE A 'MUST!'. Not just to help to aleviate foot/heel pains or crampings, but also as a prevention from 'arches sinking', 'Heel Spurs', 'Plantar Fasciitis' and pushing your feet bones out of alinement etc., in other ways too!. What I had 'NOT' realised (until the improvements), was just how much my inner arches had dropped, in addition to the other miss-alinements of the bones, they cause so many problems when they become miss-alined. Thanks to 'Heal Seats' for making them, and thanks to 'Cosyfeet' for stocking them, and continuing to stock them again this year, we can do something to help ourselves. I know, at first, the price seems alot for a couple of peices of 'Jelly', but they are not just 'jelly' they have been very carefully designed, and 'DO ACTUALLY WORK!!!!'.
I feel they are 'WELL WORTH THE MONEY I PAID FOR THEM, WELL WORTH IT!!!!'. You will not know, unless you give them a try, think of it as money well spent, when they give you relief!, you will soon be back to the Suppliers to buy more!". -

I ordered a pair of heel seats yesterday morning by phone and they arrived less than 24hrs later. (That's what I call service) !!!
The heel seats are much smaller than I had imagined but they sit perfectly inside my shoes without disturbing my shoes original insoles.
They are a very comfortable fit, do not move around and can be interchanged easily between my other shoes.
I am very optimistic that they will work wonders on my heel pain!!

I have had really bad feet which have been agony at work as I walk around alot at work, I have been under the hospital, nothing has seemed to work for my feet, I was sceptical about these heel seats,but they are excellent, I still have a long way to go before my feet are truly better but i am much more hopefull of a recovery using these heel seats, and I have only had them 2 days.

Firstly superb service- ordered Thursday afternoon & deilvered Saturday.
I wore them for a few hours Saturday & then walked about 5 miles on Sunday with the heel inserts in my trainers. NO pain from my plantar fascitis at all.
I have worn them at work for a week and was very surprised to have NO pain this morning when I got out of bed. Not only are the inserts eliminating the pain whilst wearing them they are obviously helping to heal the condition.

I'm a student nurse and therefore find myself racing around and standing on my feet a lot. Before using the heel seats I suffered from near crippling pain in my feet, legs and back. However, since using the heel seats I have been pretty much pain free. They have truly changed my life!

I bought these heel inserts when I discovered that I could not buy the ones my podiatrist had supplied. I've been wearing them for abut three weeks and in that time the pain in my heels has dramatically reduced. I wear them in all of my shoes including my trainers and wellies which previously I could not wear at all. Now I go to the gym again and tramp about in wellies without pain!
