Having recently injured my ankle, following the removal of the cast my foot was quite swollen and according to the Consultant, would remain like that for several months and possibly always.
I found that none of the shoes in my wardrobe fitted. I purchased locally a pair of men’s sandals which had Velcro straps. Need to say they were not all that attractive but at the time served a purpose.
Moving on, I noticed your advertisement in either the Peoples Friend or Yours magazine. I felt at first they were for “old people” (I am 62) I requested a catalogue and found the choice of designs very interesting and spoke to one of your Sales Colleagues and placed an order, which came very quickly and WOW! How comfortable they are! I ordered the style: Heidi and they haven’t been off my feet since. Sturdy, light and stylish. They offer a lot of support and are easy to adjust. My neighbour commented on how nice they looked as I limped along. I can’t think why I haven’t had your shoes before. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
The Charity Shop will be receiving the shoes from my cupboard and hopefully I will be able to stock up with other styles from your catalogue over time. They are a delight.

My mum is 90 yrs young. She suffers from Alzheimer's disease. As her feet are swollen I needed some comfortable shoes for her. However, I know that if she was well then she would like something stylish. These shoes are superb. The first pair was a liitle too large so they were returned and replace all within 5days! wow. That is excellent customer service. I spoke with LInda and she was so cheerful and helpful. Mum loves her moleskin and neutral Heidi shoes. Yes she has two pairs. Next purchase will be slippers! After suffering painful feet for some time followed by foot surgery that was bad enough. But then unable to get any confortable foot wear has been a nightmare!!!

When I first started shopping with Cosyfeet - 2 years ago - these were my first purchase, but thank goodness not my last.

I purchased a pair of your Heidi shoes in January this year. I am writing to you today to tell you how pleased I am with them. They are of a more fashionable style that is usually available and the materials they are made from are of a high quality. They are so comfortable, and my orthotic insoles fit perfectly due to the deeper design of the shoe.

This is our only deep laced shoe and it is made with a hard wearing polyurethane sole. This is probably our most supportive style and is great for the more active customer, who wants a casual younger looking style. If you have an orthotic or splint to wear, this style works well as it comes up higher around the ankle and has lots of adjustment with the deep lacing. It’s also the best style if you are narrow around the heel. I think this style looks best under trousers.

Useful tips to keep Heidi looking great…

Protecting leather footwear

We recommend you regularly treat leather and nubuck footwear with shoe protector to protect it from water and guard against stains.

Cleaning & caring for leather footwear

Wipe leather area clean with a damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before using a good quality shoe polish or shoe cream in an appropriate colour. Apply with a suitable cloth, rub in until absorbed and then buff up with another cloth. A neutral polish is sensible for all colours.
To keep the nubuck area looking good we recommend using a suede/nubuck brush. A cleaning block is useful for removing any marks.
If your shoes get wet allow them to dry naturally. Don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying.
