Do I have to be a Cosyfeet.com customer already to receive a coupon?

No, you don't, anyone is eligible to receive a coupon. You may well receive a promotional coupon if you have previously used our ‘guest checkout’ and or subscribe to our Cosyfeet e-newsletter. If you are a registered customer you will also be eligible to receive a coupon.

How do I redeem a coupon that I’ve received?

It’s simple to redeem a coupon and is done in the basket stage of the order process. Add the product(s) you want to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to basket” button. In your basket you will be asked to enter your coupon code and we will take care of the rest.

What products can I redeem a coupon on?

Coupons can be redeemed on any of the products that are listed on Cosyfeet.com website, unless otherwise stated in the coupon promotion information.

Can the coupon being used be redeemed against more than one product on the same order?

Yes, you can redeem coupons against more than one product. For example, a free delivery coupon would apply to all items on your order. However, on occasions we may have ‘product specific’ promotions, in which case the coupon will only apply to a particular item within a order.

What are the expiry dates on the coupons?

Expiry dates are used as many of our promotions will be seasonal, such as Christmas or Easter. The expiry date will be listed on the coupon email if an expiry date is applicable.

What can I do if I’ve forgotten to apply a coupon to an order I have already placed?

Depending on the type of coupon you have been sent we may be able to apply the promotion/discount after you placed the order. We suggest that you contact our Customer Services team who will be able to discuss this with you further. Call them on 01458 449035 (between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 1pm on Saturdays).
