Q. How quickly will I get my order?


A.
We have two different delivery options for UK customers.

Standard postage and packing (£4.50 per order
*). We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days** from despatch.

If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Next Day Delivery Service at £6.50 per order
*. This service is available up until 1pm daily, Monday to Thursday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between 1pm on Thursdays and 1pm on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Please select the Guaranteed Next Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service.

* cost is per order regardless of the numbers of items ordered. Please Note the following products are not available for delivery via this service, Restalegs, Bed Cradles, Over Bed Tables & Multi-Use Wedges.

** please note these times are not guaranteed. We cannot re-send goods until 10 working days have passed from the date of despatch.

If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.

Q. Can I Claim for VAT relief?


A.
Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT Relief on those products shown with “without VAT” prices.

A person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if they:

• Have a physical or mental impairment that has a long-term affect on their ability to carry out everyday activities

• Have a condition that doctors treat as a chronic sickness (like diabetes, for example)

or

• Are terminally ill

A person with a temporary injury like a broken leg would not qualify, nor would a frail older person who is otherwise well and non-disabled.

The following conditions may also qualify for VAT relief in some circumstances; Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, Oedema, Heart Disease, Stroke.

If you are not sure please ask your medical advisor, as we are not able to give medical opinions.

VAT Relief
* is available on the following products:

• Cosyfeet Extra Roomy Footwear: If you have a medical condition which results in swollen feet and the need for extra roomy footwear then you may be able to claim for VAT Relief on Cosyfeet footwear. See ‘Who Qualifies for VAT Relief’ for more information on qualification.

• Allana Clothing: Our clothing range is specially designed for people with disabilities and therefore you may be able to claim for VAT Relief when purchasing items from this range.

• Easy Living Range (selected products):Selected products from the Cosyfeet Easy Living range that have been specifically designed for use by disabled or chronically sick individuals.
Those products where VAT Relief can be claimed are shown with “without VAT” prices.

* VAT Relief is controlled by HM revenue and customs and applies only to those products where we display the price both with and without VAT.

By completing our on-line VAT Relief form you must agree to these terms and conditions and that you are claiming relief from Value Added Tax under Group 12 of Schedule 8 to the Value Added Tax Act of 1994.

Q. Can Cosyfeet really fit my feet and legs?


A.
Of course there is no absolute guarantee but about 80% of our footwear customers find success first time - and if you count those customers who send goods back to swap for another style or size, that rises to 90%.

Most sock and hosiery customers are successful first time. One thing we do know is that no one else knows more about Extra Roomy products than us and no one will try harder or more patiently to help.

Q. How do I know if I need extra roomy footwear?


A.
If you have wide, swollen or bandaged feet or simply find footwear generally available on the high street too restrictive then give Cosyfeet footwear a try.

Q. What are extra roomy socks and hosiery?


A.
Our exclusive extra roomy fitting socks and hosiery are designed with more material in the foot and leg parts to provide a more generous fit for people with wider or swollen feet and legs.

Q. Do I have to create an account?


A.
No, you do not have to create a Cosyfeet.com account, you can just purchase via our guest check out. However, by creating an account you will benefit from the following;

Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the check out as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order (with the exception of your card details which you will have to enter each time you order)

Track your order status – log-in to your account to check if your goods have been despatched

View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased via your Cosyfeet.com account.

Sign-up to email updates – be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates

Q. I can’t remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?


A.
If you cannot remember the password you chose for your Cosyfeet.com account click here and a new password will be sent to the email address you provided when you set up your account. Once you have logged in with the password we have provided you can re-set your password to a password of your choice.

Q. I haven’t received my order, what should I do?


A.
Here at Cosyfeet we aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday only) and our standard UK delivery option usually takes 1-3 working days, however from time to time due to delays in the postal service delivery can take up to two weeks. Unfortunately we cannot assume a parcel is lost in the post until 10 working days have passed after it was despatched.

If your parcel was despatched and 10 working days have not yet passed, it may be worth you checking with your local delivery office to check that they are not holding your parcel for you – from time to time we do find that they have forgotten to put a card through the door to inform you that they have tried to deliver or the card has got lost.

Once 10 working days have passed from the despatch date, if you have still not received your goods please call us on 01458 447275 or email us and we will arrange for the goods and a loss declaration form to be re-sent.

Q. Can I buy Cosyfeet products in shops?

Cosyfeet products are also available through a number of independent stockists who are located around the UK. Please note that all our stockists are independent organisations and we leave it to them to stock appropriate Cosyfeet products for their customers. They may not have everything in our range, but most will order any item you see on this website. Please contact them to check if they have the products you are interested in prior to your visit.
