I can’t remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?
I can’t remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do? If you cannot remember the password you chose for your Cosyfeet.com account click here and a new password will be sent to the email address you provided when you set up your account. Once you have logged in with the password we have provided you can re-set your password to a password of your choice by going to the My Details link in the left hand navigation and then ticking the Change Password checkbox and completing the requested information.
How do I change my account details?
You can update the personal details on your Cosyfeet.com account, such as address, email address and contact telephone number by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘Edit’ option next to the relevant piece of information. Please note changes made on-line will not automatically update our in-house records for you so if you have moved house or changed other information we may hold for you please contact us.
