Aching legs and feet can affect all of us from time to time and can be caused by a number of factors.
Causes of Aching Legs and Feet
- Poor posture
- Tight calf muscles
- Poor circulation, venous or arterial
- Excessive swelling know as lymphoedema
- Poor fitting or unsupportive footwear
