You'll find women's and men's Sandals available in our Sale section at less than half the original selling price. Stock is limited so dont delay and treat yourself to a super pair of extra wide sandals at a super price before they're all gone!

Welcome to our new website! We hope you’ll like the fresh new look and find it even easier to navigate and use than our previous site. Many of the ideas and features are as a result of feedback from you, our customers.

If you have previously set-up an account with us, don’t worry as all your details have been transferred over to the new site so you should be able to log-in and get started.

Finding products couldn’t be easier. If you know the name or code of the product you’re looking for as you’ve seen it in our catalogue simply type it into the Search box in the top right hand corner and the relevant product should appear. Then simply click on the image or name to be taken to the product detail page where you’ll find all the information you need to make an educated purchase and be able to add the product to your basket.

If you are not quite sure what you are looking for or just want to have a good browse use our Product navigation to the left of the screen. Here you can select the type of product you are looking for and refine your search by features such as colour, price and fastening by selecting the relevant heading and placing a tick in the relevant boxes . The relevant options will then appear on the page.

If you have a medical condition that affects your feet and legs, why not try our How are your feet feeling today? feature. Simply select the relevant condition from the drop down list and press Go. Here you’ll find a bite sized chunk of information on the condition you are searching for and some products that we think you may find helpful.

You can now browse the categories within the site in three different ways – Grid, List or Window – look out for the selector beneath the category introduction – the List view is particularly handy as it contains a summary of information about the product.

You can also change the colour of the products on the listing pages by clicking on the colour swatches below the image making colour selection a little easier.

If you want to revisit a product you’ve viewed, you can now make use of our Recently Viewed Items functionality – you’ll find a list of any products you’ve viewed towards the bottom of the left hand navigation column when in any of the Buy Online pages.

We’ve also introduced a clever Compare Items feature that enables you to select products from within a category and compare key features as we recognise that it can often be difficult to differentiate between products when they are often so similar!

We’ve improved our photography so it’s the next best thing to seeing the product in the flesh! You can use the ‘See Larger Image’ option to view the images in a larger screen.

Liz Says…Eleanor Says….Roger Says…. You’ll find these tabs on our Footwear, Sock & Hosiery and Footcare categories respectively. Within this section you’ll find our in-house experts opinions of the product you are looking at. To find out more about Liz, Eleanor, Roger and other people at Cosyfeet who help bring you the products and website we’ve also introduced a Meet the Team page.

In addition to the above, you’ll also find a Care Guide page and Delivery & Returns information relating to the specific product you are viewing in this area.

Selecting colour and size has also been simplified and as soon as you’ve made your selection you’ll be able to see whether the item is in stock or not.

Once you’ve found the products you want to buy and have added them to your basket you can now easily check-out via our one page checkout either as an account customer or a guest. You can still check out securely either directly with us or via Paypal.

We’ve updated our help area to ensure it’s up to date with all the questions you may want to ask when shopping on-line with us. We’ve also added some Buyers Guides to help make selecting the right products a little bit easier.

Still to come…Over the next few months we’ll be continuing to develop the site. Planned additions include Video’s of some products and the addition of more lifestyle photography. Let us know if there is anything else you think we should do.

We’ve added a bulletin board to the site so that you can check in with us regularly and look at what we’re up to. Here you’ll find news on new products and developments as well as information on events we are attending, competitions we may be running and much, much more.
