For anyone having a lumbar pain (eg lumbago or worn out vertebrae) this is 5-star plus. The 5-star rating is for the pain relief given by a SMALL cushion, the plus is for the convenience of the counterweight: whether in the car or in a restaurant or at the dining table you just sling it over the back of the seat/chair and that's it! Also for carrying - you just sling it over your shoulder and you have both hands free.
