Overall I bought these for my grandad who is diabetic and is has very swollen feet and ankles at the moment. He thinks there are brilliant, I also bought him socks from Cosyfeet, and the swelling in his legs has now gone shoes next on the list! Overall My father has very swollen feet and legs, is very unsteady on his feet and hates anything which put pressure on his painful feet. These slippers are fantastic, very roomy yet safe due to the Velcro fastening. The soles are sturdy and are suitable for outdoors. Being washable is a great bonus. (Posted on 13/04/2010)

Overall I think this slipper and your staff are excellent, could not be better.
This slipper is made of a Trilobal fabric and seems to accommodate the most swelling or bandaging. It seems to give a bit more than the Acrylic fabric used in the Rupert style so it is the one I suggest if someone is very swollen or heavily bandaged. It is made on our rubber sole so is suitable for use indoors or out and they are machine washable which is very useful as I have noticed that many men admit to me that they wear their slippers in the shed or garage! The toe area is seam-free so is great if you have sore, misshapen toes or bunions. They are supportive around the heel and the Velcro® fastening gives a secure fit around the foot which is very important.

- Can be machine washed at 40 degrees.
- Stuff them with newspaper or tissue to help them maintain their shape whilst drying and allow to dry naturally, don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator.
