Meet the Team
Cosyfeet is part of Foot Shop Ltd, based in Street, Somerset employing just over 80 people in a variety of full time and part time roles. We believe that we can only offer our customers the best possible products and service if we offer our staff a happy and friendly working environment.

Andrew Peirce – Managing Director
Andrew joined the business in 2009 having previously worked as a management consultant. He brings a vast experience to the team having worked for many years in the footwear industry and elsewhere.
Katie House – Customer Experience and Website Manager
Katie has worked for Cosyfeet since 2001 and has a great understanding of our vast range of products and is passionate about ensuring we provide the highest possible levels of customer service.
Janine Fox – Website Administrator
Janine originally joined the business as a Saturday team member whilst at college working in our Customer Services team. She now supports Katie in the running of the website.
Nick Brown – Footwear Designer
Nick is a footwear designer who works part-time for us helping to develop our footwear range. Nick also works with several high-street brands which helps us ensure we are up to date with the latest trends and developments in the footwear market.
Vicki Palmer
Vicki is responsible for promoting the Cosyfeet brand and products to Healthcare professionals including podiatrists, physiotherapists and district nurses. This includes attending healthcare events.
Liz Quartley – Shop Manager and Fitting Specialist
Liz manages our Shop here in Street and is also responsible for training our customer advisors on our products. Liz's hands-on experience plays a vital role in the ongoing development of our products.
Roger Halliday – Podiatrist
Roger works as a full-time podiatrist from his own surgery in nearby Glastonbury. He also acts as a consultant for Cosyfeet, giving his opinion on our range of foot care products in the "Roger Says" area of relevant product pages.
John Harvey & John Kerswell - Stock Control
Our stock control team consists of John Harvey and John Kerswell. John H has worked for Cosyfeet for over 14 years and has the challenging job of forecasting how many products we are going to sell in a given period to try and ensure we have the right products in stock for our customers. He is assisted by John K who also looks after Stock Control for Foot Shop's other company Walktall .
Graphics & E-marketing Team
Our team of designers and e-marketing specialists help ensure our website and emails look their best as well as ensuring that people can easily find us when searching the world wide web.
Customer Services Team
Our customer services is comprised mainly of women working either full-time or part-time. There are 20 people in the team, some have been with us for over 10 years and all undertake regular product training to ensure they can answer the majority of your queries without hesitation. This team answers your calls and emails in addition to processing orders that come through the post, refunds and exchanges.
Wholesale Team
Our wholesale team is comprised of John Negus, Gail Hancock, Angela Coleman and Bridget Curtis. This team works closely with the independent stockists who sell Cosyfeet products around the UK.
Fulfilment Team
Based here in Street, our Fulfilment team consists of 15 full time staff and is responsible for despatching up to 3000 parcels a day, ensuring that you receive your order within a just a few days of placing it.
