We are thrilled to announce that we recently picked up the award for Best Multi-Channel Business, presented by The Direct Commerce Association (DCA). Already exceptionally pleased to have been shortlisted, our representatives Joanna Trevena (Head of Product & Merchandising) and Angus Lewis (Head of Marketing), were grateful to accept the prestigious business award from the event’s host, Anthea Turner, at the DCA’s autumn conference in Kensington on 17th October 2024.
Founded by retailers, the Direct Commerce Association (DCA) has hosted an annual awards ceremony since 1998, specifically to recognise and reward the very best in multi-channel retailers. This year’s entry criteria covered business performance from January-December 2023. It’s widely-known that challenging conditions have affected independent businesses nationwide throughout the last few years, but this award truly highlights the tremendous work ethic and unwavering dedication evident throughout Cosyfeet as a company.
Our Managing Director, Nick Brine, was especially grateful to be recognised by such a reputable awards body within the business sector, “We are simply thrilled to have had our achievements recognised by the DCA.
