In our June Newsletter Competition we asked you to share your favourite picnic recipe for your chance to win a pair of Cosyfeet sandals of your choice. 

Estelle from Merthyr Tydfil entered the competition with her Pork and Chorizo Scotch Eggs recipe and was chosen as the winner.

Her winning entry was as follows:

'Pork and Chorizo Scotch Eggs. Made using chopped, fried chorizo mixed with pork sausage meat around boiled eggs. They are then coated with beaten egg and Panko breadcrumbs before deep frying.'
