What we are doing to help everyone stay safe

Along with everyone else, Cosyfeet is closely following the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). I want to reassure you, that our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and the community and that we are following the latest government guidelines.

As an online business we’re fortunate that for the moment we’re able - and are being encouraged - to continue operating. Most of our staff are working from home and we only have a skeleton crew in our warehouse, so they can maintain a safe distance from one another, and we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place.

Receiving parcels via Royal Mail and Parcelforce

Royal Mail and Parcelforce have stated that for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where they need to deliver a parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure that your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

In order to protect staff and their customers as much as possible, they will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to any deliveries that require a signature.
