We are continuing to deliver comfort safely to your door

Our website remains fully open for business and our call centre staff, many of whom are working from home, are continuing to take orders and offer help over the phone.

Our despatch and delivery times remain unchanged for the time being. And to give you extra peace of mind during these challenging times, there is no time limit on UK returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, for any reason, at any time, you can return it to us for free (within the UK) for an exchange or refund of the cost of the product.

Some of our electrical and mobility products are covered by a separate 1 Year No Quibble Guarantee. They also have their own manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Along with everyone else, Cosyfeet is closely following the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). I want to reassure you, that our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and the community and that we are following the latest government guidelines.

Most of our staff are working from home and we only have a skeleton crew in our warehouse, so they can maintain a safe distance from one another, and we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place.

Receiving parcels via Royal Mail and Parcelforce

Royal Mail and Parcelforce have stated that for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where they need to deliver a parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure that your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

In order to protect staff and their customers as much as possible, they will not be handing over their hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. Postmen and women will instead log the name of the person accepting the item. This will apply to any deliveries that require a signature.

We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that we are taking all precautions necessary. In the meantime, thank you for your understanding and patience. We are enormously grateful for your custom and loyalty. Please take care and stay safe.
