Customer request: I’ve been told that I’ve got Plantar Fasciitis. It’s agony! Which product would you recommend to relieve the pain?

Liz, Cosyfeet Shop Manager & Fitting Expert, says:

Plantar Fasciitis

We get quite a few customers in our shop who suffer with this painful condition. It happens when the band of tissue running from your arch to your heel is inflamed. If you’re not sure if you have the condition, we’d advise you to consult your doctor. We sell a number of products that can help relieve the pain of Plantar Fasciitis.

If you’re looking for 24-hour relief, I’d recommend our FS6 Compression Foot Sleeve. It uses compression to support your foot and relieve pain. You can wear it under your socks during the day and keep it on at night to help reduce morning heel pain. It does have a lot of compression zones so it feels quite tight on the foot.

We’ve had some great feedback from customers about our Heel That Pain Heel Seats. They use acupressure to relieve pain. They also help the plantar fascia ligament to realign and help prevent reoccurrence.

If you’d prefer something softer underfoot, our NatraCure Plantar Fasciitis Insole is soft and squishy so there’s no painful breaking-in period. It’s ideal for flat shoes and trainers and is designed to give you all-day pain relief.

For ‘quick-fix’ pain relief at the end of the day, both the NatraCure™ Cold Therapy Wrap / Universal Hot / Cold Wrap and the NatraCure™ Hot/Cold Plantar Fascia Relief Sock use cold therapy to treat the pain. They contain special gel packs that you put in the freezer.”
