  • I can’t remember my password to log-in to my account, what should I do?

    Please click here and a new password will be sent to the email address you provided when you set up your account. Once you’ve logged into your account with the password we provide, you can re-set it to a password of your choice by clicking on the ‘My Details’ link.
  • How do I change my account details?

    You can change any details in your Cosyfeet.com account by logging into your account. If you wish to amend your email address select ‘My details’; if you wish to amend your postal address click ‘Saved addresses.’ Please note, changes made online won’t automatically update our in-house records so if you’ve moved house or changed any other information please contact us.
