Our story

There’s wide fitting and then there’s Cosyfeet! Roomier than anything on the high street, our British designed products are expertly crafted to fit and flatter swollen feet. Based in the West Country, we’re a small, caring company with over 40 years’ experience of fitting swollen feet and legs.

Our footwear is made by experienced craftspeople who mix traditional skills with state-of-the art technology. We combine the latest trends with premium materials, expert shoemaking and advanced foot comfort technology, to give swollen feet the most comfortable, stylish footwear possible.

Thanks to innovations such as our ‘Hidden Depth’ design, our footwear fits swollen feet with ease but still looks stylish and streamlined. It’s also designed to minimise the risk of seams rubbing or causing discomfort which is important for sensitive or vulnerable feet.

Our fabric shoes and the majority of our slippers are made in the UK, along with all our hosiery and most of our socks. We use premium materials and time-honoured techniques to create products that are comfortable, durable and a pleasure to wear.

We also have a dedicated workshop in Portugal, a country that is renowned for the quality of its leather footwear. Our leathers are hand finished, for an enhanced appearance, and are beautifully soft and supple while the linings in our shoes maximise breathability and help maintain a healthy environment. Our soles are lightweight, flexible and durable while our cushioned footbeds enhance our customer’s underfoot comfort.
