The outsole is ideal for wearing in low temperatures as it’s made from TPU, a strong, flexible material that won’t crack when it’s cold. It also benefits from a special tread design that works extremely well in snow, clearing impacted snow when flexed. The deep cleats and heel profile provide good grip and it's very stable when walking on uneven surfaces.
The midsole is made from PU which provides lightness, flexibility and shock-absorption and makes walking more comfortable.

The CosyTex™ membrane between the leather and the lining is at the heart of this waterproof shoe. It’s an extremely thin layer of polytetrafluoroethylene, a strong, tough, waxy resin which has millions of tiny pores per square inch. Due to its microporous structure, it has some amazing characteristics.
From out to in it's very durable and waterproof, allowing you to stay dry and enjoy your activity in comfort. From in to out it allows sweat to pass through and helps reduce overheating and perspiration build up. The membrane and lining seams are sealed using a waterproof tape which is applied by specialist equipment and machinists.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry naturally. A neutral protective leather cream can be applied, and this will not affect the waterproof qualities of the shoe. Gently buff with a clean cloth or brush. Both a neutral cream and a neutral polish are useable. However, as this is a casual style, a cream is preferable as it will maintain the characteristic of the leather. A polish will, over time, make the leather a little glossier / dressy in appearance which will change the look of the shoe.
A colour polish could be applied, but please note the shoe features contrasting stitching and this would gradually change the colour of the stitching and you will probably find it difficult to buy a polish to match the colour of the shoe/boots.
If preferred, use a waterproof or water-resistant cleaning/protective spray to help maintain the natural look of the leather.
Protecting nubuck footwear
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry naturally. Gently use a suede/nubuck cleaning brush to improve the appearance of the nubuck leather. Finally, use a good waterproof or water-resistant cleaning/protective spray to help protect nubuck.
