Lots of people who have bunions find the big toe is pushed across against the next toe. This gel bunion toe spreader does two things in one. There is a gel cushion that covers the bunion to protect it. This is attached to the toe spreader which helps to straighten the big toe and stop it pressing against the next one. They should not be used on sore or broken skin nor if your toes are very swollen. They should be washed by hand and allowed to dry naturally.
