Choosing the right size footwear...

All our women’s footwear is made with an 6E width fitting. That means that it’s much, much wider, deeper and roomier than ordinary footwear. But don’t worry if you don’t know your width fitting as our footwear is adjustable which means it can cope with a range of foot shapes and problems and is ideal for swollen feet.

Most customers find that if they order the shoe size they wore before experiencing swelling or problems (e.g. size 6), our footwear is wide and deep enough to provide the extra room they need. If you usually take a half size and we don't offer a half size in the style you want, we recommend you order the smaller full size.

Protecting leather and suede footwear

We recommend you regularly treat suede, nubuck and patent footwear with shoe protector to protect it from water and guard against stains.

Cleaning & caring for leather footwear

This footwear should not be hand or machine washed.
Please be aware the outside upper material is a combination of quality grain leather and breathable fabric.
Wipe leather pieces with a damp cloth and allow to dry fully before using a good quality shoe polish or shoe cream in an appropriate colour. Apply with a suitable cloth, avoiding the fabric detail, rub in until absorbed and then buff up with another cloth.
If your footwear gets wet allow it to dry naturally. Don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying.

Cleaning & caring for suede Footwear

This footwear should not be hand or machine washed.
Allow any mud or stains to dry before attempting to clean. Once dry, remove any dirt with a soft brush and then wipe with a damp cloth.

Similar to its sister style Capri, the sole on Sorrento is uniquely contoured, so it gently cups your foot making it very comfortable underfoot. With a backstrap for additional support, the two touch-fastening straps offer lots of adjustment depending how swollen your feet are. These sandals look great with any summer outfit. Our Capri style is the same, but without the back strap if you prefer a mule.
