Our website remains fully open for business and our call centre staff, many of whom are working from home, are continuing to take orders and offer help over the phone.

Along with everyone else, Cosyfeet is closely following the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19). I want to reassure you, that our number one priority is the safety of our customers, employees and the community.

Most of our staff are working from home and we only have a skeleton crew in our warehouse, so they can maintain a safe distance from one another, and we have very strict health and hygiene measures in place.

Reassurance from our global shipping partners, Global-e:

Global-e, our global shipping partners, have assured us that their hubs are fully operational and processing shipments as normal. They will continue to do so as long as regulations and the local authorities allow. Due to recent border closures, lockdowns in some countries and a drastic reduction in international travel, there has been a huge drop in international flights which may cause shipping delays to some markets. However, their multiple carrier approach which includes many shipping carriers that operate their own fleet such as DHL, means that these delays will be minimized. All shipping lead times calculated in the checkout are up to date at the time of order.
