Returning goods for a refund is easy. A returns slip and step-by-step instructions will be included in your delivery.
If you have paid for your order via Global-e (this will be referenced on your order confirmation email), you can use our returns portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQcg
Please return the order to the address on the returns paperwork from the portal, not the return address on the parcel itself.
*Free returns are only available using our DHL or USPS service. Customers unable to use this service will need to make their own arrangements.
We recommend you use the DHL (Express) returns service where possible, as this is a faster service and we will be able to process your return sooner. Please use USPS only when you are unable to use DHL and be aware that it can take up to 6 weeks for us to receive your return and issue the refund.
Otherwise you will need to arrange to return the item to us. If you have any queries regarding returns please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return the goods for a refund and then place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
