What's so special about PORON 4000?

These metatarsal supports cushion the ball of the foot. People often find that they lose the fleshy pad on the ball of the foot which can make walking very uncomfortable. It can feel like "walking on pebbles". These insoles can offer relief from this. They are 3/4 length which means that the back of the insole goes in the back of the shoe, leaving room in the front of your footwear for your toes.
