If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, you have 90 days to return it to us for free* for an immediate refund (excluding delivery costs).
*Free returns are only available using our DHL or USPS service. Customers unable to use this service will need to make their own arrangements.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of socks and hosiery items if they are still sealed and unused, unless the goods are faulty.
How can I return goods?
Returning goods for a refund is easy. A returns slip and step-by-step instructions will be included in your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return the goods for a refund and then place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
We recommend you use the DHL (Express) returns service where possible, as this is a faster service and we will be able to process your return sooner. Please use USPS only when you are unable to use DHL and be aware that it can take up to 6 weeks for us to receive your return and issue the refund.
