Can Cosyfeet really fit my feet and legs?
Of course there is no absolute guarantee but about 80% of our footwear customers find success first time - and if you count those customers who send goods back to swap for another style or size, that rises to 90%.
Most sock and hosiery customers are successful first time. One thing we do know is that no one else knows more about Extra Roomy products than us and no one will try harder or more patiently to help.
Do I need to take care if I have diabetes?
Yes. We are aware of the problems that people with diabetes may have and so we offer footwear and socks with minimal seaming. However, not all our products may be suitable for your feet, so you need to make your own judgement or ask a medical advisor. Please run your fingers inside any item before wearing, checking for anything that may harm. After buying new footwear, wear it for 30 minutes to 1 hour at first, then inspect your feet for pressure marks or irritation. A hand mirror is useful so you can examine your whole foot. Gradually build up the wearing time.
The comfort and foot health of our customers is at the forefront of everything we do. With this in mind, we approached The College of Podiatry (COP) to ask them to review our footwear range and advise on its suitability for people with diabetes. Click here to find out more about the review.

What fitting is Cosyfeet footwear?
All Cosyfeet footwear is extra roomy which means it’s very wide and very deep in comparison to regular footwear.
We offer a single width fitting – 3H for men and 6E fitting for women – but don’t worry if you don’t know what width your feet are because many of our styles are adjustable. This means they’re flexible enough to fit feet that swell up during the day or if one foot is more swollen than the other.
Unlike many other brands of wide fitting footwear, Cosyfeet shoes also benefit from extra depth which means they’re particularly good at fitting problem toes and bunions or feet that are very swollen.
As Cosyfeet is so roomy, there is no need to order a larger shoe size than normal just to get the extra width and depth that you need.

How do I know if I need extra roomy footwear?
If you have very wide, swollen or bandaged feet or simply find footwear on the high street is too restrictive then we recommend giving Cosyfeet a try.
For help with selecting the most suitable style please click here or call one of our experienced customer advisors who will be happy to advise you.
Remember, all Cosyfeet footwear is covered by our 90 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee returns policy. This means you can order in complete confidence, knowing that you can return any of our footwear for a refund if it’s unsuitable.
Choosing the right footwear
Cosyfeet footwear is so wide, deep and roomy you can order your usual shoe size. If you normally take a half size and we don’t offer a half size in the style you want, we suggest you order the smaller size.
Handy hints for style selection:
Lace up styles give the most secure fit and allow plenty of support and adjustment.
Touch-fastening styles are very adjustable and are ideal if you have difficulty tying laces.
Slip-on styles are very roomy but offer little adjustment.
Which sole type should I choose?
If you need a very lightweight shoe, we recommend choosing a style with an extra-light sole. These soles are made from very lightweight, durable PU which is also flexible, shock-absorbing and offers good grip.
You don’t do half sizes in the style I want, should I go up or down a size?
If you normally take a half size and we don’t offer a half size in the style you want, we would suggest that you order the smaller full size.
Will Cosyfeet footwear fit very swollen feet?
Cosyfeet footwear is designed for very wide or swollen feet. We can also supply strap extensions to make the straps longer on the majority of our touch-fastening shoes, sandals and slippers. This will give more room for swollen or bandaged feet. You’ll find a link to the strap extensions for a particular style on the product page.
