  • How much does delivery cost, and how quickly will I receive my order?

    This is dependent on where you live in the US. Delivery times will be confirmed at the checkout, however, please see below for a basic guide:

    Orders up to $149.99
    Express Delivery: $20.00. 4 to 7 business days.

    Orders $150 and over
    FREE Express Delivery. 4 to 7 business days.

  • Can I have products sent to more than one delivery address?

    If you’d like products to be sent to more than one delivery address, you will need to place separate orders for each different address. Please note that each order will incur a delivery charge (unless your order value is over the free delivery threshold).

  • What if the products I order don’t fit or I don't like them?

    If you’re not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, you have 90 days to return it to us for free* for an immediate refund (excluding delivery costs).

    We recommend using the free* USPS returns service where possible. When returning items, please use a posting bag or box that is most suitable for the size of the item you are returning, as this enables us to make returns as economical as possible. Using the correct-sized packaging also helps to reduce costs and environmental impact.

    *Free returns are only available using our USPS or DHL services. Customers unable to use these services will need to make their own arrangements.

    Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of socks and hosiery if they are still sealed and unused, unless the goods are faulty. Please contact us prior to returning faulty items.

  • How do I send products back to you?

    Returning products for a refund is easy. A return slip, step-by-step instructions and a postage bag will all be included with your order.

    To start the returns process, please use our returns portal: click here to access the returns portal.

    You will need your Order ID number and the email address used when placing your order. If you don’t have these, please contact us.

    Please return orders to the address on the returns paperwork from the portal, not the return address on the parcel itself.

    We recommend using the free* USPS returns service where possible. Using the correct-sized packaging also helps to reduce costs and environmental impact.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return your order for a refund and then place a new order for the product(s) required.

  • I only want to order one small item, do I still have to pay the full delivery cost?

    Even though some of our products are very small and light, our contract with our service provider means we have to pay the same amount for every parcel we send, and the delivery charge reflects that.

  • My order’s been despatched but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
