Overall This is a wonderful shoe for diabetics who may suffer from fragile feet and damage them from time to time. The stretchy material fits the foot like a glove and so does not rub. Being extra roomy and stretchy, they allow for the times when a foot is swollen. They look smart also. Would like to see them in 'mushroom', a lighter colour for the summer. The velcro fastening one is in this colour.

Overall I suffer with lymphoedema and my feet are swollen all the time some days worse than others. These shoes are excellent and stretch to the shape of my feet. I can highly recommend them.

Overall Perfect for my wide feet; I wear them all the time (3 pairs) and my Chiropodist says she envies the condition of my feet. Excellent value--suitable for formal and casual occasions.

Overall Very comfortable shoes. I have swollen feet that swell even more during the day and these shoes expand with them. There is even plenty of room for my orthopaedic insoles. I will never need to hunt round shops again to find something that might be, and usually isn't, comfortable.

Overall My doctor says these shoes are perfect for me. I wore my last pair all the time. Comfort all the way!
This is the best style if you have very sore or misshapen toes or you have severe bunions. The elastane upper is soft, stretchy and moulds to the shape of your foot and has the support of leather around the heel and a lace up fastening. I recommend them if you haven’t been wearing shoes for a while because even a soft leather can cause too much pressure and slippers don’t offer enough support. If that’s the case, this style would be a good one to try. Also as the fabric is very stretchy, the shoe can accommodate very swollen feet or bandaging. The drawbacks are that the upper will only be shower proof and obviously not as hard wearing as leather. Also, as it is man made, it can be rather warm in the summer. The sole is very lightweight and therefore ideal if you don’t do a huge amount of walking.

Useful tips to keep Dominic - Extra Roomy looking great…
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Allow to dry fully and treat leather area with an appropriately coloured shoe cream or polish, alternatively use our QuickShine. Take extra care with light colours.
- Allow any mud or stains to dry before attempting to remove them from the elastane area. Once dry, remove any dirt with a stiff brush and then wipe with a damp cloth.
- If the shoes get wet allow them to dry naturally, don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying.
