How much will I be charged for delivery?

BFPO - If you’re in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination. Delivery times may vary.

How quickly will I get my order?

We have two delivery options for UK customers:

Standard delivery (£4.75 per order*).

  • We aim to despatch orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally it may take up to 48 hours (we do not despatch at weekends or on bank holidays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days** from despatch.
  • Please note a small number of ‘Keep Active’ items are directly despatched from our suppliers so delivery may take slightly longer.

Next Working Day Delivery (£6.50 per order*).

  • This service is available on-line up until 2pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery via Parcel Force.
  • Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
  • Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • We do not despatch or deliver on bank holidays.
  • Please note restrictions apply to some remote areas. Click here for details.
  • Please select ‘Next Working Day’ option during the checkout process if you want to use this service. A small number of products are not available for delivery via this service. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns tab on the product page for information.
  • Please note a small number of ‘Keep Active’ items are directly despatched from our suppliers so we are unable to send them ‘Next Working Day’. Please check the ‘Delivery & Returns’ information on the relevant product page before ordering.

If we have a valid email address, you’ll receive a confirmation email once your goods have been despatched.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes. We are able to despatch most items to destinations outside the UK (with the exception of the USA or Canada). Please check by clicking on the Delivery & Returns Tab on the relevant product page. Our free delivery offers are not available to outside the UK.

Delivery aims for the overseas services we use are as follows:

  • Europe - 3 to 5 working days
  • Rest of the World - 5 to 7 working days

Please note we are unable to mark items as a gift and that you are liable for any import duties that may be payable.

Can I have goods sent to more than one delivery address?

If you’d like goods to be sent to more than one delivery address you will need to place a separate order for each different address. Please note that each order will incur a postage and packing charge.

What if the products I order don’t fit or I don't like them?

No Quibble Money Back Guarantee

With the exception of some of our electrical and mobility products, everything you buy from us is covered by our "No Quibble Money Back Guarantee." This means if you’re not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, at any time, you can return it to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay the cost of posting goods back out to you.

How do I send goods back to you?

There are three ways to return goods to us:

Collect+

Collect+ LogoThis is an alternative parcel service to the Post Office. It operates through corner shops and there are over 4500 participating stores throughout the UK. Unless the parcel you're returning is very small or light, this is usually the cheapest way to send goods back to us.

You can find your nearest store by visiting www.collectplus.co.uk, texting COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 or by ringing 0845 270 9888.

  • There is a £2.50 charge for this service.
  • If you want to return an item using this service, simply peel off the Collect+ returns label enclosed with your order and attach it to your parcel.
  • Please include your card details or a cheque for £2.50 made payable to Cosyfeet as we’re unable to deduct it from your refund.
  • Take the parcel to any of the 4500 participating stores offering the service. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code so you can track your return online.

Royal Mail via the Post Office

  • If you want to return an item using this service, simply peel off the returns label enclosed with your order and attach it to your parcel.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office where you’ll need to pay to cover the cost of the return. This will depend on the size and weight of the parcel.
  • We recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage in case the parcel goes astray.

Parcelforce Home Collection Service

This option is ideal if you can’t get to the Post Office or you have larger items to return.

  • The cost of this service is £6.50.
  • Simply call us on 01458 447275 and one of our customer advisors will be happy to arrange a collection.
  • We can offer collections from an alternative address and you can specify day and approximate time of collection depending on your area.
  • Please include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from.

Do I have to pay postage on goods I return?

We ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you need an exchange we’ll pay the cost of posting goods back out to you.

If we’ve made a mistake on your order please contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be re-sent to you and for you to return the incorrect item free of charge

We have thought about offering a free returns service, however most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, especially as less than 15% of customers have to return goods to us.

I only want to order one small item. Do I still have to pay the full postage cost?

Even though some of our products are very small and light our contract with our service provider means we have to pay the same amount for every parcel we send and the £4.75 charge reflects that.

My order’s been despatched but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

If you haven’t already done so, it’s worth checking with your local Royal Mail delivery office to see if they’re holding your parcel. Occasionally cards aren’t left when deliveries fail.

We generally allow 10 working days from despatch before we resend a parcel so if you haven’t received the delivery by then please call 01458 447275 or email us us at comfort@cosyfeet.com and we will send your goods again.
