Delivery and Returns

How quickly will I get my order?


We have two different delivery options for UK customers;

  • Standard delivery (£3.95 per order*). We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt, however occasionally it may take up to 48 hours (we do not despatch at the weekend or on bank holidays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days** from despatch.
  • Next Working Day Delivery (£6.50 per order*). This service is available on-line up until midday daily, Monday to Thursday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between midday on Thursday and midday on Friday will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between midday on Friday and midday on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Please note restrictions apply to some remote areas, click here for further details.   Please select the Next Working Day option during the checkout process if you want to use this service. Parcels will be delivered by Parcel Force. There are a few products that are not available for delivery via this service. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns tab on the Product Information page for the product you are ordering for further information.

** please note these times are not guaranteed. We cannot re-send goods until 10 working days have passed from the date of despatch.

If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.

If we have a valid email address on record for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your goods have been despatched.

Can I order from outside the UK?

Yes, we are able to despatch most items to destinations outside the UK (with the exception of the US or Canada).  Specific product related delivery information is available in the Delivery & Returns tab on the Product Detail pages. 

The postage and packing charge to send goods to EU countries outside the UK is £4.50 (€8.00, $9.00) per order. For the rest of the world, including  Australia and the Far East the postage and packing charge is £6.00 (€10.00, $12.00) per order.

Delivery aims for the overseas services we use are as follows:

Western Europe 3 to 5 working days

Rest of Europe 3 to 5 working days

Rest of the World 5 to 7 working days


Please note that we are unable to mark items as a gift and that you are liable for any import duties that may be payable.

How do I know if the goods I want are in-stock?

Our website shows live stock levels. You can check to see if we have the item you require by selecting the relevant size and colour from the options in the top right hand area of the screen. Once you have made your selection a stock status indicator will appear to the right hand side of the quantity box.

  • If the size/colour option you have selected shows as In Stock, this means this item is available for despatch (see delivery information for further details on delivery times).
  • If the size/colour option you have selected shows as Pre-order, this means that we do not currently have stock of that particular item but we are expecting further deliveries within the next month. You can add these items to your shopping basket and pre-order them. We will send the item on to you as soon as it is available. It will not delay any other items on the order.
  • If the size/colour option you have selected has a stock status of Not Available it usually means that we wont be receiving any further stock of that particular product and you will not be able to add it to your basket.

What if the products I order do not fit or I decide that I do not like them?

Remember - with the exception of electrical goods everything you buy from us is covered by our "No Quibble Guarantee." This means if you are not 100% satisfied with any product, for any reason, at any time, you can return it to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the purchase price. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you.

Electrical Goods

We offer a separate money back guarantee on all our electrical products. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns Tab on the Product Detail page of the relevant product for further information.

Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note. We always suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage just in case the parcel goes astray.

Return using our Parcelforce Home Collection Service – this option is ideal if you cannot easily get to your Post Office or you have larger items to return. The cost of this service is £4.99. Simply call us on 01458 449035 and one of our friendly customer advisors will be happy to arrange a collection. We can offer collections from an alternative address and you can specify day and approximate time of collection depending on your area.

Whichever option you choose – don’t forget to include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from!

Do I have to pay postage on goods I return?

We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. If we were to offer a free returns service we would have to recoup this cost, either by increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packing cost on outgoing orders. We would prefer not to do this as less than 15% of customers have to return goods to us.

I only want to order one small item, do I still have to pay the full postage cost?

We do not seek to make a profit on postage and packaging. Even though some of our products are very small and light our contract with Royal Mail means we have to pay the same amount for every parcel we send and the £3.95 charge reflects that. If you return goods to us we ask you to pay the postage on the goods you return but we will pay for anything we send back to you. We do not refund postage costs. If we have made a mistake on your order we will send you a free post label on request or arrange for the goods to be collected.
