Overall My husband is delighted with these. He's in a wheelchair and has had a DVT in one leg which means both feet are now quite swollen. These shoes fit really well and look very smart - I had my misgivings as regards style as he's only 50+ but I was wrong. Thoroughly recommend. Liz' reviews are really helpful too. Do read them!

Overall These shoes are the best present we've ever bought for my Dad - he has ulcers on his toes which are dressed twice a week and he couldn't tolerate any other shoes - these give him comfort and therefore his mobility is much improved. Only problem is the toe section is not waterproof so they get wet in rainy weather and his dressings get damp - in any case I would highly recommend these shoes.

Overall These shoes are absolutely brilliant. My husband is diabetic and however careful we are, with 'normal' well fitted shoes, he still rubs the skin from time to time and gets blisters. With these this is the first year ever when is feet have stayed in perfect condition. The lost star is because the tongue of the shoes slips down under the velcro strap instead of staying in place. Cosyfeet socks are wonderful too.

Overall I am not in the habit of giving feedback but I cannot praise your elastane shoes enough. My husband had sores developing on all his toes because of contractures and neuropathy. Although treatment kept them under control they would not heal. After a few weeks of wearing your elastane shoes all the sores have healed and not returned although my husband's general health is deteriorating. Thank you. (Posted on 13/04/2010)

Overall I've always had problems with shoes because of my wide feet and my friend suggested to try Cosyfeet, and I looked and liked the look of the Russ so I bought them.
I have had these shoes since mid-2008 and because they're so great I haven't worn another pair of shoes since!!!
When I first tried these, they felt like slippers, and now, it's the norm for me.
They haven't worn out either, so I'm really pleased with them!!
Thanks Cosyfeet for some shoes that actually fit me and are extremely comfortable!
If I ever need some more shoes, I know where to come! -

Overall I am delighted with my elastane shoes; the arthritic lumps on my toes have meant I have had to wear open toed sandals! Now I can wear comfortable shoes. Thank you very much.
This is the best style to try if laces are not an option for you and you have sore, misshapen toes or severe bunions. The elastane upper is very soft and it stretches to accommodate your toes. The back of the shoe is leather and therefore gives support. I recommend this style if you have not been wearing shoes for a while because, even a soft leather can cause too much pressure on sore toes and slippers are not supportive enough. Also as the fabric is very stretchy, this style can accommodate very swollen feet or bandaging. The drawbacks are that the fabric upper is only shower proof and not as hard wearing as leather. Also, as it is man made, it can be rather warm in hot weather. The sole is lightweight and therefore ideal if you don’t do a huge amount of walking.

Useful tips to keep Russ - Extra Roomy looking great…
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Allow to dry fully and treat leather area with an appropriately coloured shoe cream or polish, alternatively use our QuickShine. Take extra care with light colours.
- Allow any mud or stains to dry before attempting to remove them from the elastane area. Once dry, remove any dirt with a stiff brush and then wipe with a damp cloth.
- If the shoes get wet allow them to dry naturally, don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Stuffing them with newspaper or tissue will help ensure they maintain their shape whilst drying.
