At Cosyfeet, we believe that swollen feet should have the most comfortable, stylish footwear possible. That’s why we combine the latest trends with premium materials and expert shoemaking, providing comfort for those that need it the most. Utilising years of knowledge and experience working as Cosyfeet’s Shop Manager, our Fitting Expert, Liz, discusses details, reviews and fitting advice on a selection of our extra wide footwear this season.
“This stylish shoe is very versatile and it looks great with skirts and dresses, as well as trousers. Carmen as a style has limited adjustment and is lower on the foot so you need to have moderate swelling all the time for this style to work. The soft, stretchy elastane front is also great if you have very sore or sensitive toes.”
“Super soft and warm, these bootee slippers are ideal for chilly, sore or sensitive feet. They open up well to accommodate swollen feet and although there is a seam down the front, it is fairly flat so shouldn't cause a problem. The collar turns up for extra warmth, making it one of our warmest slippers.”
“Probably the smartest shoe in our men’s range, the brogue styling makes it suitable for all occasions, but it still has loads of room to accommodate swollen feet without looking bulky. Lots of our customers here in our shop say that they like a shoe that they can polish to a shine, and this style is certainly one of those.”
“These bootee slippers provide more ankle support than a low cut slipper, and this style features a plush warm lining - perfect for chilly feet! The rubber soles are suitable to be worn indoors and out; they’re also machine washable. They do have a minimal toe seam, so if you have very sensitive toes you may find the lower cut styles better as they are seam-free. They are easy to put on as they open right out, and offer maximum warmth as they come up around the ankle.”
