Every year we celebrate World Mental Health Day on 10th October. Mental health is as important as physical health - read on for some self-care tips you can implement at home.

World Mental Health Day is about raising awareness and driving positive change for everyone. On World Mental Health Day, the aim is to come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, this World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues? Botanical Foot Soak
