Claiming for VAT Relief

Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT Relief on those products shown with "without VAT" prices. A person is 'chronically sick or disabled' if they:

  • Have a physical or mental impairment that has a long-term affect on their ability to carry out everyday activities

Care Guide

Before incorporating any new product into your routine, we recommend performing a patch test to ensure that your skin won’t react adversely.

  1. Choose a small area of skin to perform the patch test, somewhere that can be easily left alone for up to 24 hours (e.g.: inside the elbow).
  2. Properly clean the skin, to ensure the validity of the patch test.
  3. Apply a small amount of the new product to the area of skin, then wait at least 24 hours. However, if you experience any burning, itching, or pain, wash the area immediately.
  4. After waiting for a period of 24 hours, check the area of skin thoroughly. If it appears red, bumpy, raised, or itchy, then you have most likely had a reaction to the product and should discontinue use.
  5. If you are unsure about the results from the patch test or have previously experienced a reaction to skincare products, we recommend asking your doctor for further advice to determine which specific ingredients you may be sensitive to.

Gently massage this soothing foot balm, ideally after washing, into the skin until absorbed. The combination of natural Manuka and Mint helps stabilise the skin and activates the cells, providing potent antimicrobial and antibacterial properties with the wonderful soothing quality of peppermint. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children.
