Get plenty of fresh air but make sure you either cover up or put on plenty of sunscreen. And if you're out for a long time don't forget to keep reapplying it.

At the age of 64 I have just taken up swimming, I do 50 lengths of the pool twice a week and feel quite good. Afterwards I cream my skin so it doesn't dry out too much.

Stay healthy by getting some exercise each day either walking or even sitting in your chair and moving your arms and legs to get the circulation going. Wear supportive shoes or sandalls and keep your mind active by listening to the TV or Radio or phoning a friend for a chat if you can't get out to meet them for a drink.Take your medication and any complimentary creams and tablets to help ease aching joints and muscles.

My favourite tip for staying healthy is to get my husband (of 50 years this year) to massage my feet with a soothing cream. I totally relax and unwind. (and he is much cheaper than a salon!) just needs to watch the Rugby while he is doing it!

My top tip to staying healthy is always do what makes you happy and do all the things that resonates with you. A healthy soul equals a healthy body, it's a domino effect. It starts within.

Top tip for staying Healthy,
I cannot stress enough how Important it is to drink plenty of Water. Water seriously Re-Hydrates skin and helps with drinking less liquid products that stain your Teeth/dentures. Fluids can be found in Fruits as well if you find drinking a lot of Water boring.
Also you can by water with lovely flavour's as well ie Strawberry, and the bottles are not expensive. Also night time is the time when your body observes most moisture, so get that Moisture cream on at Night as well to make yourself feel really good.
