These insoles offer extreme comfort underfoot. They are very spongy and shock-absorbing. Lots of customers say that they have lost the fleshy pad under the ball of the foot and they feel like they are "walking on pebbles". These insoles can help with pain from conditions such as this. They are also helpful if you are on your feet all day and suffer with tired or aching feet. They are not suitable if you need an arch support. They are quite thick so you need to ensure that your footwear is deep enough to accommodate them.
