- Felt nice but they don't hold up at all, what I have bought are long socks, pretty long socks, but definitely not stockings!!

- This is the 3rd pair of ribbed self hold up stockings I have bought for my 97 year old mum. She can't handle her old girdle any more but these stockings stay up on their own and are lovely and warm. She is delighted with them

Generally with the hosiery if they are rolling down they are too small. If you wanted to try an alternative product we would recommend trying extra roomy, code UX you may find them to be more suitable.

If you feel the cold, you may like to try these hold ups. They are great if you want more warmth than that offered by a knee high and find tights difficult to put on. Being 80 denier they offer more warmth than ordinary hosiery. A few customers don’t get on with hold ups, I think it’s to do with leg shape but do give them a try because you can always return them if you find them unsuitable.
