Lots of customers come in to our shop in Street with problems under the ball of their foot. Often they complain of a feeling of "walking on pebbles". These insoles give cushioning to that area. These insoles are 3/4 length so the back of the insole needs to go in the back of the shoe. The cushioned pad is fairly thick so you need to make sure that you have enough room in your footwear to accommodate them.
