Raising awareness of breathlessness
Breathe Easy Week (16th – 20th June) is organised by the British Lung Foundation and is about raising the awareness of lung health. Did you know that one person in five in the UK is affected by lung disease? And that millions more are at risk?
The theme for this year’s week is breathlessness and early diagnosis. Breathe Easy groups will be out and about in the community raising awareness about breathlessness and encouraging peoples with symptoms to visit their GP.
To find out what’s happening near you, you can visit www.blf.org.uk.
