Our March competition is inspired by World Book Day (2nd March 2023), an annual event that aims to change lives through a love of books and shared joy of reading. Initially created by UNESCO, it is now a day marked in over 100 countries around the globe. The first World Book Day in the UK and Ireland took place in 1997 as a way to encourage young people to discover the joys of reading.
We want to give everyone the opportunity to discover something new and enjoyable to read, which is why we’re giving one lucky person the chance to win a National Book Token worth £50. To be in with the chance of winning a National Book Token (worth £50), simply answer the quiz question in the form above by 11.59pm on Friday 31st March 2023. A winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries. One prize available. One entry per person. If we are unable to make contact with the chosen winner after reasonable attempts have been made to do so, we reserve the right to transfer the prize and select a new winner.
